Test your balance

Eight statements about the brain’s basic needs – sleep, exercise, relationships and the rest of the plate, plus food. Take the test about yourself, about your child or together.

The page in brief

  • The test has eight statements about how things are with sleep, exercise, relationships and the other parts of the plate.
  • You choose whether the test is about you, your child or both of you together.
  • Respond to one statement at a time. You can go back and change your answers.
  • At the end you see a chart and tips on where you can start.
  • Your answers are only saved in your browser. Nothing is sent to us.

How it works

  1. Choose who it is about

About yourself, about your child or together with your child.

  2. Respond to eight statements

One at a time. You can go back and change your answers.

  3. See the result

A spider chart and tips on where you can start.

Then make a plan

Once you have seen the result, you can make a plan, on your own or with your child, for the slices that need more space. The plans are gathered in the family plan.
